We will be using Zoom for Lab Instruction as well as TA Office Hours. * Go to BYU's Zoom Portal to login to your profile. (BYU IS Info has very straightforward instructions on how to download Zoom) * Zoom has comprehensive training videos that walk you through much of Zoom's basic functionality * The TA Schedule has individual links for joining each of the TAs Zoom Meetings. Use these links to get help from a TA during their posted hours. We suggest that you familiarize yourself with Zoom before the first Zoom lab you attend. You can do this by doing the following: - __Start a meeting:__((In general, you won't need to start meetings yourselves, but #1 and #2 enable your completion of #3 - #5.)) Go in and start a fake meeting of your own so you can practice using Zoom's tools - __Record:__ Click the button at the bottom of the window to turn on recording - __Test Functionality:__ Experiment with your "Test Speaker and Microphone" functionality to make sure your set up is functioning - __Share Screen:__ Practice sharing your screen - this is vital, as it will be how TAs can best help you with your labs, simulations, and code. - __End Meeting / View Recording:__ Go back and watch the video to see what was actually transmitted to the meeting participants.
